Excelente hotel
Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y el hotel es muy comodo, nos toco una habitación con piscina lo cual lo hizo más comodo. El personal es muy amable siempre atentos a ayudarte y proporcionarte lo necesario, las pizzas son deliciosas tienen que probarlas.
La limpieza del hotel no es muy buena, la verdad nos tocaron unas sábanas medio percuidas o sucias, el tostador estaba sucio y todo tenía polvo. Nos toco ver como hacian el aseo y creo que les falta mucho más en ese aspecto, lavar paredes de baños, sacudir y limpiar mejor.

Habitacion muy bonita y personal muy amable!
La piscina del hotel muy bonita. La decoración del cuarto me encanto!
Nuestra habitacion tenia una mini piscina dentro, pero al sólo tener agua fria no pudimos usarla. Me hubiese gustado que tenga agua caliente para poder hacer uso de ella La habitacion al estar en planta baja, no tenia mucha privacidad al exterior. Podiamos ver al personal de mantimiento del jardin por la mañana arreglar el cesped de nuestra entrada.

El sitio es espectacular y muy limpio. Asimismo, el personal es muy amable en general y, en especial, Enrique y Salvador son muy agradables y atentos, estuvieron siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos con todo lo que necesitáramos.

espectacular estadía en Tulum
De las mejores estadías en nuestro viaje, este hotel tiene más estrellas de las que dice tener. Al entrar uno se encuentra con un ambiente selvático, una suave Musica de fondo y un ambiente de relajo. la habitación era muy grande, con una higiene perfecta y llena de detalles. la vista directa a la piscina era un plus sin dudas. La atención del staff es excelente, Enrique, Salvador y Dayvis siempre atentos para ayudarte y hacer tu estadía la mejor posible. cuentan 2 restaurantes en las instalaciones para pedir lo que uno quiera. si vuelvo a tulum de seguro será acá!
